How WTE Merch works
WTE Merch is a premiere merchandise store showcasing Will's vision. With the dedicated support of Vexels, we offer a comprehensive service that brings Will's creative ideas to life. Vexels takes care of the custom design process and facilitates the creation of his online store, ensuring that Will's unique style is accurately portrayed.
For seamless production, inventory management, printing, and shipping of our products, we have partnered with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service. Printful works closely with Vexels to handle the logistical aspects of product creation and fulfillment. If you have any questions or concerns about our merchandise, we kindly ask that you reach out to Printful's customer service for direct assistance.
FAQs
How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. The fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days, estimated, for all production techniques.
Please note:
- Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
- Sometimes an an order might be put on hold, this isn’t taken into consideration on the fullfillment averages.
- Fulfillment for large orders may take longer, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.

What's the estimated shipping time?
The estimated shipping times to the United States according to each product on WTE Merch's catalog are as followed:
Hoodies: 8–11 business days
T-shirts: 7–10 business days
Hats: 7–10 business days
Stickers: 6–9 business days

Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders to proceed. You will see the estimated delivery time for your order at Checkout.
Shipping time doesn't include fullfillment. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Please remember, the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with Support so they can look into the case.
What's your return and refund policy?
We offer return/exchange when:
- There is a printing error.
- There is a quality issue with the product.
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact Printful's support, and they will assist you.
We do not offer returns or refunds when:
- The size doesn't fit.
- You simply didn't like the product.
- You ordered the wrong item.
- You changed your mind about the purchase.
- You provided the wrong shipping address
If you believe that none of these cases apply to your situation, please contact us at stores@vexels.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will review your case.
Please note: WTE Merch retains the right to evaluate the return request and issue a refund at its sole discretion. We assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to find the most appropriate resolution. Please understand that we do not consider buyer’s remorse as a valid reason for returns.
I placed my order a while ago, and it hasn't arrived. What can I do?
There are several things you can do:
- Check if your order is still within the estimated delivery time.
- Look for any emails from us in your inbox, or your spam folder, as there might have been a communication issue.
- Ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct.
If none of these cases apply to your situation, please contact us at stores@vexels.com.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for any issues with your order if you have not responded to our communications.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations once they have been placed. Every product is created specifically for you when the order is received. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing it.
